The view from the room was breathtaking and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

The internet connectivity was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to do work or stay connected with loved ones. the noise from nearby construction was a bit bothersome, especially early in the morning.

The hotel is conveniently located very near to the Central bus stand, making it easy to access transportation to explore the city. it is just opposite to the race course, providing a fun activity. the hotel is in close proximity to the market in Ooty, allowing guests to easily access shopping and dining options.

I must mention that some of the rooms in the hotel are old and require maintenance.
